Create (or import) contacts

As an admin or host, when you create (or import) contacts into Sharely.ai each contact automatically gets an associated shared space which can be sent to your prospect (through email, SMS, or even physical mail). When the prospect engages your AI in their personal space you'll know and be able to learn about their engagement.

Click on Create contact from the spaces tab in the workspace view.

Once you provide the minimum information for your new contact and click Create contact, a new contact will be created with their personal shared space link.

By selecting the contact in the contacts list, you can see the personal link to this contact's shared space.

Once you send the contact their personal link and they start engaging with your AI.

Now that prospect can start their conversation with your AI and you can monitor their progress.

As an admin, you can monitor the conversations in this an all other shared spaces.
