Journeys in a Sharely.ai workspace

Journeys are a comprehensive suite of features within Sharely.ai designed to facilitate and enhance interactions between your AI and your customers. It enables a dynamic and personalized customer experience, leveraging AI capabilities to engage, assist, and understand customers within a business space.

Greeting

The greetings feature is the AI's way of welcoming guests into a space. It marks the beginning of a session and sets the tone for the interaction. When a guest enters the space, the AI, equipped with this feature, greets them with a friendly and personalized welcome message.

Suggested questions

Suggested questions are presented to the guest of a space as conversation starters. The guest can simply click on a suggested question and it sends the question to the AI assistance which prompts a response. Suggested questions are selected from the workspace's questions defined in the journey tab.

Questions

In Sharely.ai, questions are defined and managed in the workspace journey tab. Add questions that guests might ask your AI to this list.

Goals

In Sharely.ai, goals help your prospect collaborate with your AI to achieve a desired outcome. In a goal, your AI drives the conversation with the guest by asking a series of questions that helps the guest navigate to the best outcome.

A goal is stored and managed as a thread (between the AI and guests) in their shared space.

Thoughtout the goal, the AI can unlock conditional actions that are configured by the workspace admin.

Upon completing the goal, you can configure the AI to generate a personalized document that can use the captured context from the guest.

Goal Links (coming soon)

In Sharely.ai, goal links enable a business to inject a Sharely.ai space in the path of a link on their website. Using a goal link, the customer is led to a space in context of the navigation they selected (by clicking on the link) and enters into conversation with the AI about their expressed intent.
