The Sharely.ai workspace
The workspace is your business' home in Sharely.ai. It stores all resources needed to make an intelligent AI assistant for the guests of your spaces.
Roles for the Sharely.ai workspace
| Role | Description |
|---|---|
| Admin | Has all abilities in the workspace, including knowledge, audiences, journey greeting, journey questions, and space. |
| Host | Ability to create spaces from within host view. No access to workspace settings. |
View your workspaces
Within your workspace, you'll see all of your workspaces at the top-left of the workspace view. Once you select your workspace, you can view the resources contained in your workspace: knowledge, audiences, journey, and spaces.
Add a new workspace
You can add a new workspace by clicking on the workspace selector and selecting "Create workspace".
Customize workspace settings
With workspace settings, you can tailor the setup of each workspace to meet your needs.
